Meet Kristin
I have been a real estate professional for six years, following a career that included serving as an Executive Director for a nonprofit cultural exchange organization, working as a corporate sales trainer and supervisor for an international multi-unit health company, and teaching elementary school. These experiences shaped the way I approach real estate today: with strong communication, organization, and a genuine focus on people.
I believe real estate is about people first and transactions second. My goal is to build relationships based on trust, clear communication, and genuine care. I listen carefully to what matters to my clients, provide honest guidance, and make sure they understand their options so they can make confident decisions. I am proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on, and committed to being there throughout every step of the process. My clients should always know what is happening, what to expect next, and that I am looking out for their best interests.
I work with a wide range of buyers and sellers, with experience serving the senior community and working with horse properties. As a horse owner myself, I understand the unique considerations involved in buying or selling an equestrian property. I also enjoy being a resource for my clients, helping them navigate not only the transaction itself but the many decisions that come with a move.
When marketing a home, I take a comprehensive approach that combines digital exposure, professional marketing, targeted social media, and strong agent-to-agent relationships. My goal is to present each property professionally, maximize its visibility, and connect it with the right buyers.
Giving back to my community is also important to me. My husband and I own Mobility City, where we provide community outreach to seniors, including free mobility-equipment tune-ups at assisted living facilities. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children, watching my daughter ride horses, traveling, and discovering new places. Ultimately, my goal is simple: to exceed my clients' expectations and be someone they can count on.
Vancouver
Vancouver, Washington is the oldest continuously inhabited settlement in the state. Established in 1825, the city beat British Columbia’s Vancouver settlement by over 40 years. Located on the Washington and Oregon border along the Columbia River, Vancouver is the state’s fourth largest city. Since it’s establishment, Vancouver has been an important epicenter of Northwest living and commerce. It’s wartime shipyards necessitated affordable housing options for the tremendous influx of workers responsible for the Allied war effort. Many of these new residents stayed after the war, contributing to the rich culture and sustained growth of the area. Today, most of the ship building infrastructure has been replaced by the beautiful, newly-built Vancouver Waterfront. This vibrant community of restaurants, shops, condominiums and apartments mean that Vancouver is open for business and ready for the next chapter of its' colorful history. Don’t miss an opportunity to sip a glass wine, and admire the views of Mt Hood and the Columbia River as you strategize which part of Vancouver to see next. A short hop from the waterfront, you’ll find Ester Short Park and the adjoining Ester Short neighborhood. Named for the founder of Vancouver, the park is the oldest public square in the Pacific Northwest. With over five acres of green space, the area is considered the cultural and commercial center of town. Vancouver is bordered to the south and west by the Columbia River. It’s only natural that the population continued to reach east to take advantage of river front access. Growth in the 70s, especially with the opening of the Glenn Jackson Bridge, created unprecedented demand for affordable housing and community development. Cascade Park, was one of the first major east county developments and redefined Vancouver housing from the 70s through the 90s. Its’ community walkability, numerous neighborhoods of mixed use housing, schools and services continues to make this a popular and sought after location. She gave us heads-up of homes that were going to be listed or just listed so we would have a head start on checking out the homes before open house was to occur.
